- Straw color with bottle-fermented haze
- Fluffy, nearly white head that stands indefinitely
- Beautiful fruity aroma: pear, raisin, the inside of a candy shop
- Grapey first impression. Quite sweet.
- Subdued carbonation
- Spicy notes developing toward the end
- Riesling sourness
